Sonoma County Fairgrounds

Wednesday, November 26, 2025 | 12 pm - 7 pm

Thank you for participating in this year’s Great Thanksgiving Banquet on Wednesday, November 26th at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds.  Guests may ask you questions about the event. We hope these notes help.

1. Map & Program:
• A map and program are available as you come in through gates #2 and #4, in Garrett Hall at the Guest Welcome Area, in Grace Pavilion at our First Aid table, and in the Garden Building at Volunteer Check-In.

2. Activity Booths and Warm Turkey Meal:
• All activities are free of charge and open to everyone (no need to be registered). Activity booths will run from 12 pm to 7 pm. A warm turkey meal in Finley Hall will be served from 12 pm – 6:30 pm (last meal served).

3. Grounds & Safety:
• A team of volunteers from the Christian Motorcycle Association and Calvary Chapel The Rock will be roaming the park wearing glow green safety vests with “Safety” on the back. If you have safety concerns, please locate one of them for assistance.
• If volunteers ending their shift would like someone to walk them to their vehicle during the night, please make the request at Volunteer Check-Out.

4. Bathrooms:
• Located in Garrett Hall, Finley Hall, Grace Pavilion and behind the Garden Building (see program map).

5. First Aid, Information and Lost and Found:
• For First Aid, General Information or Lost and Found items, please visit the hospitality booth in Grace Pavilion. First Aid is also available in Finley Hall.

6. Turkeys and Food Box (12 pm – 7 pm):
• For families who pre-registered: Families should check in at the Guest Welcome area in Garrett Hall. Families are scheduled every 45 minutes from 11:30 am – 5:30 pm. There is a Chapel Service in the E.C. Kraft Building. After the service, they will receive a stamp on their “Buck”, which can then be redeemed at Food Distribution in Grace Pavilion. If guests do not have their “Buck Coupon” please send them to the Guest Welcome area in Garrett Hall for assistance.
• Guests can register (during the event) to receive a turkey at 7 pm if there are enough quantities on hand. Families should register at the Guest Welcome area in Garrett Hall from 12 pm – 5:30 pm. We cannot guarantee turkeys at the event for those who did not pre-register.
• Anyone is welcome to come to the Chapel Service.

7. General Information:
• Volunteers can identify area managers by their orange vests.
At the end of your shift, please visit Volunteer Check-Out in the Garden Building. We want to hear about your experience.
• Please feel free to enjoy a meal in Finley Hall before or after your shift. You will join the same line as the Guests and will be seated by the Host/Hostess.
• Bottled waters for volunteers are located at Grace Pavilion near Food Distribution and the Garden Building at the Volunteer Check-Out area.
• Redwood Gospel Mission Coffee Cart in the Garden building offers delicious coffee and tea from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm. There are also snacks for volunteers available in this area.

8. Wheelchair Shuttle:
• The wheelchair shuttle service is available at the Brookwood and Bennett Valley Gate. Wheelchairs will not be loaned out.
