Drives & Collections
Mobilize your church, school, business, friends, neighbors, team, dance class or community group to collect items used frequently or for special needs.
Some drives can be more seasonally oriented; some are perfect any time of the year. They are very effective in raising much-needed food, clothing, school supplies, bedding and more. And it’s a great way to raise awareness regarding homelessness and recovery issues prevalent in our own community.

Redwood Gospel Missions works with groups and individuals to coordinate coat drives. Coats are distributed at The Great Thanksgiving Banquet, Christmas Celebration and Easter Outreach. Coats are sorted and checked before they are distributed. Due to that process, coat drives take place at different times of the year.
Please Note: Coats that are not given out at our events may be given to our Thrift Stores. Our various ministries get coats directly from our Thrift Stores to be given to guests they serve.

RGM’s Prayer Support Ministry is a monthly in-person gathering that spiritually upholds Redwood Gospel Missions’ calling to mobilize the Body of Christ to minister to the broken and needy. This ministry is coordinated by volunteer intercessors from RGM partner churches.

Regular prayer e-mails are sent to churches and individuals who partner with RGM in prayer. Participants are always welcome.
We are unable to process the following list of items due to environmental concerns, expensive landfill costs, our inability to make repairs or our inability to lift the item.
Breaking free from a life controlling issue isn’t easy.
Our New Life Program is for men and women who are ready to put their life controlling issues behind them and start a new life. With a focus on Jesus, you can be free.
