Compassionate and creative children’s enrichment facilitator will oversee and guide Volunteers in providing a safe and engaging environment for children while their parent(s) in RGMFC program commitments. The facilitator will design and implement a daily schedule that includes age-appropriate lessons, playtime, crafts, reading and other enriching activities that align with Christian values. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills along with a heart for ministry and a passion for fostering growth and development of children in a supportive community setting.
Travels with guests to Host Church locations during the rainy & cold season. Assists with transportation of all supplies needed for the Host Church. Remains awake to monitor and assist guests as needed.

Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish). Registration of guests for RGM Thanksgiving Banquet.
Performs or oversees all aspects of accounting, payroll, financial administration and compliance. Ensures accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP. Serves as primary controller of spending and budget management. Maintains financial records and reports.
Assist Accounting Manager with a variety of tasks including but not limited to daily banking, payroll and financial data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and file organization. Other adminstrative tasks as needed.
