Partner and Community Ministries: Donation Processing Assistant

Description: 

Assist in processing financial and in-kind donations, perform accurate data entry & database maintenance and acknowledgements to partners (Donors).

​

Industrial Ministries: Warehouse/ Recycling Manager

​

Description: 

Keep recycling center warehouse organized & free of obstructions. Supervise all inflow &

outgo of pallets, boxes & bales in recycling area to appropriate locations. Work with all purchasers of marketable bulk items & disposal of non-usable items.

​

Industrial Ministries: Pricer & Sorter

​

Description: Sort incoming clothing & household donations. Clean & price donations for entry to Thrift Store. Assist with weekly removal of timed out items.

​

Industrial Ministries: Hanger & Tagger​

​

Description: Hang, size, and tag clothing for the Thrift Store. Assist in putting clothing items into the store as needed. Assist clothing sorter as needed.

​

Industrial Ministries: Electronics Tester and Back Door Receiving​

​

Description: Provide a pleasant and uncluttered atmosphere for customers who are both dropping off donations and picking up already purchased items.

​

Industrial Ministries: Bailer and Sorter​

​

Description: Sort clothing & textile items into bins for tagging & pricing and bins to be baled for bulk textile sales. Help facilitate the movement of items to proper locations. Assist with pricing of some large items such as linens & curtains.

Industrial Ministries: Thrift Store Cashier​

​

Description: Wait on customers, ring up transactions, stock, arrange, & rotate inventory as time allows. Assists with store cleanliness & organization.

​

Industrial Ministries: Field Agent

​

Description: Pickup donated items & return to industry warehouse. Interface with donors and program volunteers. Work with volunteers for unloading. Transport unneeded items to various locations.

​

Food Services: Catering Manager and Food Services Assistant

​

Description: Assists supervisor with all aspects of food services responsibilities. Oversees catering operations. Lead cook for weekends. 

​

​

Shelter and Recovery Ministries: Director of Shelter & Recovery Ministries

​

Description: Directly supervise the RGM Shelter & Recovery management team including the New Life Program and Guest Services for both men and women and jail ministries. Work with the team to provide the necessary support for all ministry participants.

​

Shelter and Recovery Ministries: Men's New Life Assistant Program Manager​

Description: Play a pivotal role in supporting the operations and activities of the Men's New Life program evening and weekend shifts. The Position is integral to ensuring the smooth function of the program. Provide guidance to program participants and volunteers to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
